HTC has a reputation for highly competent, ethical, and personable consultants committed to assisting clients reach their evaluation goals.

The survey form was developed collaboratively between SoaM's staff and board members and Health-Tech Consultants, Inc., the contracted external evaluation team. The survey was distributed under one link with two parts. A convenience sampling method was used to collect responses. Respondents were asked to answer 12 core questions, then invited to answer 23 questions on a voluntary basis. This summary provides predominant results of that survey. ​
